Rods Comms
At a recent club meeting it was suggested that better methods of communication could be put in place to ensure all club members were aware of what is being discussed at committee level.
To this end, the committee are implementing a series of notes of the meetings so that club members are kept informed. This has been called Rods Comms and will always be available on the club website and noticeboard.
These notes are a cut down version of what become the official club records (minutes of meetings).
All club members* are able to read the minutes. Please contact me if you would like to read the official minutes.
